Written below are the official rules and regulations of these forums, in a simple to understand version.

3) No excessive cursing
4) Try not to post meaningless threads
5) Don't post just to achieve attention
6) Don't create blank posts, post to yourself, or flood others
7) Don't rip people off
8 )Don't share copyrighted material
9) Don't attempt to hack this site
10) Don't carry fights from other forums over to here
11) Don't spread arguments from one topic to the rest of the board
12) Don't create more than one account
13) Respect members; treat them the way you want to be treated
14) No overly sexual material (including nude pictures of children)
15) No racist posts
16) Don't SPAM! Advertisements will be deleted.
17) We reserve the right to moderate and/or delete anything we want, for any or no reason

Written below are the official rules and regulations of these forums.

Rules and Regulations
(The Legal Version)

(a) A moderator

*is a person, or a small group of people, who preside over these message boards (hereby known as 'forum') to preserve order and regulate proceedings, constantly being within and observing reasonable or average limits.
*is within due bounds, not being excessive, violent, rigorous, limited and restrained when preserving order, and one who shows no extremity in actions.

-has the authority to edit, delete, and move thread(s).
-has the authority to edit and delete individual posts in a thread.
-has the authority to lock and unlock and stick and unstick a thread.

(b) A Sticky

is a thread dedicated to useful and valuable information pertaining to a forum.

(c) Flaming

*is a virtual term for venting emotion online; rude and uncalled for comments, with or without of the intent of expressing such remarks.
*is an insulting criticism or remark on member(s) and opinion(s); to incite anger, and by this means, repeatedly violates such regulation, regardless of when one is warned or not;
*shall be punished as seen fit by the moderators.

(d) Plagiarizing

*is to use and pass off the ideas or writings of another as one's own, and one who fails to cite wording that is exceptional in expression or style, also using another's sequence of ideas, arrangement of material, or pattern of thought;
*is to appropriate for use as one's own passages or ideas, putting forth as original to oneself the ideas or words of another, and by means of such conduct, copies directly from sources without giving proper credit;
*is to steal or purloin from the writings of another; to appropriate without due acknowledgment the ideas or expressions of another, and by means of such manner, hands in, posts or creates a thread written by another for acknowledgment without expressed written consent of the owner;
*shall be punished as seen fit by the moderators.

(e) Meaningless threads

*are ones created with no purpose, or ones that contain irrelevant, or inappropriate content and/or material. Such threads shall be reviewed by moderator(s) for appropriateness, and as such, decides its fate.
*are made for the sole purpose of achieving attention
*shall be punished as seen fit by the moderators.

(f) Whoever

*accesses this site for restricted information without authorization or exceeds authorized access, and by means of such conduct obtains information, or any restricted data, as defined, with the intent or reason to believe that such information so obtained is used to the injury of the site, or to the person's personal use and advantage;
*knowingly and with intent to defraud, accesses the site for restricted information without authorization, or exceeds authorized access, and by *means of such conduct furthers the intended fraud and obtains anything of value;
*disregards regulations;
*shall be punished as seen fit by the moderators.

(g) A member

*is given free speech, regardless of background and regardless of one's countrys.
*is not GUARANTEED these rights, and may have them removed by a staff member for any or no reason; at any time

(h) Whoever commits an offense under subsection (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g) of this section shall be punished as provided in subsection (j) of this section.

(j) The punishment for an offense under subsection (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g) of this section is

(1)(A) restricted or banned entirely from the use of the forums and/or site; and
(1)(B) may receive warnings, with explanations as to why a member has, intentionally or not, disregarded regulations. Further violations shall result in punishment, defined under subsection (j), paragraph (1)(A); and
(1)(C) in the case of a moderator abusing his/her authority, the suspected moderator, once proved of such actions, shall be warned not to commit such abuse further

(k) Rules and regulations listed in the simplified version above, which, herein, are not described in any way, nor exist in any official rules and regulations document, are valid and strictly enforced. Forum moderators have the authority to create new rules and regulations, modify and discharge existing ones, with or without prior notice given.
